Parent consent

By continuing, I confirm that:

1. I am the parent or legal guardian of each child I add to QuizStride.
2. I live in Canada or the United States, I am at least an adult (the age of majority where I live) and I have read the Privacy Policy and the Terms.
3. I consent to QuizStride storing my child's quiz history: the grade, the quiz, the time, the score, and whether each question was right or wrong.
4. I understand that what my child types as an answer is not saved, and that the child profile is only a nickname I choose, with no school, photo, birthday or location.
5. I understand that my child never creates an account or gives an email address, and that I manage everything. If I add another adult, I have told them, they can manage quizzes, children and saved attempts, and only I can remove them.
6. I understand that data is stored on Cloudflare's servers outside Canada, that each saved quiz attempt is deleted automatically 12 months after it was taken (the owner and adult members get an email and a dashboard notice about 1 month and 1 week before; this is a courtesy and does not delay the deletion), and that I can export my data or delete my child or my account at any time.
7. I understand there are no ads, no trackers, no selling or sharing of my child's data, and no marketing emails.
8. If I upload a quiz, I confirm I made it or have the right to use it, that it contains no personal information about any child and no copied school or textbook material, and that it is private to my family unless I choose to share it.
9. I understand that a quiz I choose to share can be seen by other QuizStride users, that it can be reported and removed, and that I can make it private or delete it at any time.
10. I can withdraw this consent at any time by deleting the child or the account, or by contacting hello@quizstride.com.
